High School Plymouth Whitemarsh MAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week Mia Ruggiero (Widener / Fr. / Conshohocken, Pa.) had a hand in winning four events while leading the Widener women’s swimming team to a 205-51 over Cedar Crest and a 162-94 win over Cabrini on Saturday at Cabrini University. Ruggerio won the 100-yard butterfly and 50 freestyle while helping the relay team and 200 medley relay each earn victories. Ruggerio won the 100 fly in a time of 1:01.22 and touched the wall first in the 50 free in 25.81.
