MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Ali Kolenovic (Stevens / So. / Ridgefield, N.J.) was named the 2022 David B. Eavenson Award winner as the MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Year after scoring 96 individual points, two NCAA B cut and two MAC championship records in the 100- and 200-yard backstrokes. Kolenovic won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 49.79 seconds and the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:47.00. He won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:37.96. He was a member of the gold-medal winning 800-yard freestyle relay (6:58.30), the gold-medal winning 200-yard freestyle relay (1:24.40), the gold-medal winning 400-yard medley relay (3:26.89) and the gold- medal winning 400-yard freestyle relay (3:05.33).
