MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Logan Horst (Messiah / Sr. / Rising Sun, Md.) earns his fifth conference weekly award of the season. Horst claimed his second-straight MAC Individual Championship at the 2022 MAC Men’s Cross Country Championship on Saturday in Lebanon. The senior won the 8K event with a time of 24:54.3, beating the runner-up by 11 seconds. Horst was named the MAC Runner of the Year and to the All-MAC First Team. Messiah also claimed the team title.
