MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Janis Kirsis (Arcadia / Sr. / Spring Valley, N.Y.) contributed 40 points in the team's 204-35 win over Albright University with two individual wins and two relay wins. Kirsis swam third in the 200-yard medley relay in which his group set a new Lenox Pool record with a time of 1:37.41. He touched the wall first in the 100-yard butterfly for a season best time of 53:45. Kirsis also collected nine points for the team with a 48.85 time in the 100-yard freestyle. Both individual times rank second in the MAC. He finished up the meet with a relay win in the 400-yard freestyle relay. Both relay times are the top times in the MAC this season.
