Bridget Wallin (King’s / Fr., D / Providence, Utah) was a force on the offensive end, tallying four goal and two assists as King's College picked up a weekend sweep over Hilbert. In the first game of the series on Friday, the first-year tallied two goals, scoring twice in the third period to put away Hilbert in a 7-0 win. On Saturday, Wallin followed up her two-goal performance by setting the program record with four points in a game, on two goals and two assists. Late in the first period, Wallin picked up an assist on the opening goal of the game before taking matters into her own hands, going top shelf to extend the Monarchs lead to 2-0 heading into the second period. Early in the second period, the first-year found the net once again, putting King's up 3-0, before adding her second assist of the game late in the third period, as King's defeated Hilbert 8-1.
