Noah Griffin (Lebanon Valley / Gr. / Finksburg, Md.) broke a 33-year old school record in the 5,000 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite on Saturday with a time of 15:15:46. The distance runner beat the previous record by two seconds and his previous career best by 23 seconds. Griffin broke his second school record of the year and sits fourth in the MAC in the 5,000 meters. He also qualified for the AARTFC Championships in the event with his time and ranked 20th in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
