MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Lauren Jancsarics (Lebanon Valley / So., GK / Bethlehem, Pa.) led the Dutchmen to two wins with a 1.00 GAA. She was instrumental in guiding the Dutchmen defense in not allowing a shot in the second half of both wins this week. The sophomore recorded her second shutout of the season in a 2-0 victory over Eastern where she made two big saves in the first quarter. LVC only allowed one total shot in the final three quarters of the win. Jancsarics made two saves in a 4-2 victory over McDaniel to begin the week. Both of McDaniel’s goals came in the first quarter.
