MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Meg Kalthof (York / Fr., F / Bel Air, Md.) scored both of York's goals in their 2-1 win over Eastern. She opened the scoring in the 20th minute with an unassisted goal. After Eastern tied the game in the 80th minute, Kalthof allowed the Spartans to escape with the win as she scored an unassisted goal in the 87th minute. In Saturday's win at Hood, Kalthof tied the game in the 19th minute for her fifth straight goal. The Spartans would go on to notch the game-winner in the 43rd minute. For the week, Kalthof scored three of the Spartans' four goals while she has scored five of six on the Spartans' recent three-game win streak. For the season, Kalthof leads the team with 17 points on seven goals and three assists with two game-winning goals.
