MAC Swimmer of the Week
Julia Stephens (Arcadia / Sr. / North Wales, Pa.) broke 2 program records and earned 3
individual wins, 3 first-place relay wins and 1 2nd place relay win at the Knights’ Mid-Season Meet, making her 13-0 in individual swims this season. Stephens broke her own 100-yd backstroke program record by 1.08 seconds leading off the 400-yd medley relay which also broke a program record by 3.84 seconds. She earned a personal best time in the 200-yd freestyle by .73 seconds (1:57.95). Stephens also touched the wall first in the 100-yd backstroke (59.16) and the 100-yd freestyle (54.01). Finally, she was a part of the first place 200-yd freestyle and 400-yd freestyle relays.
