Zubair Lee (Eastern / So., F / Voorhees, N.J.) averaged 24.5 points and 10 rebounds with a pair of double-doubles in a 2-0 week for the Eagles. Eastern's sophomore forward recorded a career best 32 points in Eastern's home win over York. In that game, Lee scored 19 second-half points. After intermission, he was 6-of-8 from the floor with six rebounds, a pair of 3-pointers, and a pair of blocked shots to help the Eagles pull away late. He had 17 points and 10 rebounds in Eastern's MAC Commonwealth opener, a win at Stevenson. For the week, he was 17-of-27 from the floor (63%) and made 13-of-18 free throws. Lee leads the MAC Commonwealth in rebounds and free throws made and attempted. He has made nine more free throws than anyone in the league has attempted.
