Charlie Larsen placed 10th and was the top finishing Elizabethtown runner, as the 27th-ranked E-town men's cross country team rolled to a second place finish at the monster Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble. The meet featured seven nationally ranked teams and 13 regionally ranked teams. Larsen's 10th place finish was tops for Elizabethtown, which placed four of its five scoring runners in the top 25. Larsen ran the 8k race in 25:28.8 and helped the Blue Jays knock off all nationally and regionally ranked teams except Allegheny College (ranked third in the nation), which won the event.
