MAC Golfer of the Week
Victoria Jolakian (York / Fy. / Wyckoff, N.J.) led the Spartans to a pair of tournament victories during the week. York won the two-day Ruckus Tournament in Williamsburg, Virginia by nine strokes over Adrian College over the weekend. She had a strong showing at the Ruckus Tournament as she placed third with a two-day total of 167 to lead the Green and White. Jolakian fired an 82 on Saturday and followed that with an 85 on Sunday to earn the third place finish. The two top five finishes are the first two of her Spartan career in her seven career events. She averaged 83.3 over the three rounds for the past week. For the season, Jolakian owns an 86.08 stroke average as she is one of three Spartans to play all 12 rounds this season.
