MAC Freedom Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Julianna Gomez (Stevens / So. / Jamaica, N.Y.) won the Blue Flight Championship with Lorena Piegas at the ITA Atlantic South Regional Tournament, winning 4 matches over 2 days. She opened the weekend with an 8-1 win over Virginia Wesleyan before topping Washington College 8-4 in the Quarterfinals. Gomez then took down the duo from Salisbury 8-5 in the Semifinals before dispatching Randolph College 8-3 in the Finals.
