Charlie Larsen took the win at Saturady's MAC Men's Cross Country Championships and helped Elizabethtown capture its second straight men's team title and 11th overall. Larsen finished the 8,000-meter race in a time of 25:38.38, barely edging out teammate Eric Reichert by three-tenths of a second. Larsen became the first Blue Jay to win the individual title since Dustin Scott in 2002. In doing so he earned MAC Men's Runner of the Year honors. As a team, E-town placed each of its five scoring runners in the top-six en route to scoring an 18 at the event, its lowest score at the conference championships in program history.
