MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Claire Weidenhammer (Lebanon Valley / So., M / Newport, Pa.) had a huge week with 10 points on four goals and two assists to lead the Dutchmen into the MAC Freedom Tournament with dominant wins over Arcadia and Delaware Valley. The midfielder started the week with a career-high five points on two goals and one assist as LVC handed Arcadia their first conference loss in a dominating 5-1 victory. Weidenhammer had a hand in all three first-quarter goals, scoring twice, including the game-winning goal, and recording an assist. The sophomore then equaled her career-high on Saturday as LVC defeated Delaware Valley 4-0 to clinch a spot in the postseason. Weidenhammer scored twice in the third quarter and added an assist in the second quarter.
