MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Morgan Adams (York / Gr., F / New Oxford, Pa.) had a big week for the Spartans in two games on the week. Adams began the week with 16 points and 10 rebounds in her first Spartan double-double against Franklin & Marshall. Adams added one block in the game as she was 6-for-14 from the floor in the game. She followed that with a pair of Spartan career highs with 19 points and 11 rebounds for her second consecutive double-double. She was 8-for-13 from the floor with five assists, three blocked shots and one steal in the Spartan win.For the week, Adams averaged 17.5 points and 10.5 rebounds for the week. She shot 14-for-27 from the floor and 7-for-14 from the free throw line. For the year, Adams is averaging 13.2 points and 8.3 rebounds per game as she is shooting 55.7% from the floor with 12 assists, 11 steals and five blocked shots.
