MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Evin Timochenko (Lebanon Valley / Sr., F / West Lawn, Pa.) led the Dutchmen to a 77-64 victory over Elizabethtown in the team's only game of the week with a monster double-double of 20 points and 20 rebounds. The forward also dished out four assists, had one block, and one steal. Timochenko was 10-19 from the field and was a force on the glass with eight offensive and 12 defensive rebounds. The win over the Blue Jays was LVC's first since 2021 in the annual rivalry game and gave the Dutchmen a 5-0 start to the year for the first time since the abbreviated 2021 season. The previous best start to a season was in 1998-99 when LVC started 12-0.
