MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Kathryn Palmer (Alvernia / Jr., F / West Chester, Pa.) finished a 2-0 weekend for Alvernia with a four point performance. Palmer finished the weekend with three goals and an assist. She was also 16-for-18 on the faceoff this weekend. In a 3-1 win over King’s on Friday, Palmer scored Alvernia’s first two goals of the game after Alvernia trailed 1-0 early. Palmer went 10-for-12 on the faceoff in the win. In a 4-0 win over Hood on Saturday, Palmer assisted on Alvernia’s first goal and scored Alvernia’s third goal herself. She also went a perfect 6-for-6 on the faceoff.
