The only senior on Eastern's 15-0 squad, Mandy Platt helped lead the Eagles to a 3-0 week with a pair of wins over nationally ranked competition. Platt recorded 29 kills while hitting .373 in Eastern's wins over #24 Stevens Tech, Scranton, and #18 Haverford College. The 5'9" middle also recorded 16 blocks, 23 digs, and four aces. It is the first player of the week honor for Platt. She is the third Eastern player to be recognized by the Conference.
