MAC Commonwealth Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Allison Horick (Albright / Fy.) led the Lions to a 3-0 week as a team and went 3-0 individually. In the first match of the week, Horick cruised to a win in No. 3 singles, winning handedly 6-2, 6-1 over Lebanon Valley. Horick would then go on to win in No. 1 doubles 6-2. The second match of the week against Ursinus, Horick won set one 6-1, dropped set two 5-7, and pulled out the win in set three winning the tiebreak 11-9. Horick got the job done in No. 1 doubles winning 7-6 (7-4). Horick opened MAC Commonwealth play with a straight sets win. Horick got the job done in No. 3 singles winning 6-2, 6-1 while also winning in No. 1 doubles 6-0.
