MAC Freedom Men’s Tennis Player of the Week
Max-William Kanz (Stevens / Jr. / Wethersfield, Conn.) went 3-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-1 in doubles this week. He beat NYU’s top player, 6-4, 1-6, 7-5 for the Ducks lone point in a 6-1 setback to the Violets on April 16. He then knocked off DeSales’ and FDU’s No. 1s, 6-2, 6-2 and 6-0, 6-1, respectively. He teamed with Samvid Andhare at No. 2 doubles for a 6-0 win against DeSales and teamed with Olof Persson for a 6-4 win at No. 1 doubles against FDU-Florham.
