Brittany Drosdak anchored a solid Arcadia defense at the center back position in a 2-0 week for Arcadia, now 5-4 overall. The Knights posted double shut-out wins, 1-0 at home against Alvernia and a 4-0 blanking of Neumann College on the road. Brittany’s presence on defense helped contain the Alvernia offense, only allowing 8 shots on goal and then stymied any attempts from Neumann at generating offense, allowing zero shots on goal. The Knights two wins this week gives them five straight victories after starting the season 0-4.
