Albright College

Albright’s only NCAA Champion, Krow won the College Division high jump in 1963 with a 6’3” jump while also taking third place in the triple jump. Krow was a five-time MAC Champion and set school records in the high jump (6’6”), long jump (23’1”), and triple jump (49’5”). He won the 1964 open high jump at the Penn Relays with a 6’9” jump. He was also the 1983 Indoor National Masters Champion in the triple jump. In 1989, he competed in the triple jump at the World Masters Track & Field championships, taking 10th place overall. Krow is now a Professor Emeritus of organic chemistry at Temple University where he has taught since 1969.
