Winning 26 consecutive MAC or Commonwealth Conference championships, Larry Bock served as Juniata’s head women’s volleyball coach for 34 seasons. He posted an impressive record of 1,110 wins and 172 losses during his time in the MAC and led Juniata to the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2004 and 2006. Bock was named the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Coach of the Year five times (1984, 1989, 1993, 2004, 2006) and is a member of the inaugural class of the AVCA Hall of Fame. In addition to coaching, Bock served as Juniata Director of Athletics from 1995-2011. He currently holds the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach position at the United States Naval Academy and is the all-time winningest coach in collegiate women’s volleyball with 1,258 wins and just 215 losses.
