Kauffman has been a staple of Elizabethtown College Athletics since arriving at the school in 1967. She’s coached three programs to more than 1,100 wins. In 42 years as the women’s basketball coach, Kauffman won nearly 700 games to become one of the winningest head coaches in NCAA history. She led E-town’s women’s basketball to seven Middle Atlantic Conference or Commonwealth Conference Championships, and two NCAA DIII National Championships; and field hockey to three MAC Championships. In addition to coaching, Kauffman also taught physical education classes and also serves as an Associate Director of Athletics.
