Kreider's steal and lay-up beat Lycoming in OT
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Sophomore Taylor Kreider has come up big numerous times for the Elizabethtown College women's basketball team this season. Wednesday night may have been her brightest moment in an E-town uniform yet. Though the Blue Jays never trailed a Commonwealth Conference game at Lycoming, it took a Kreider steal and lay-up with two seconds left in overtime to fend off the Warriors' upset bid, 72-70.

The Albright College women's basketball team led the entire way and fought off a late Knights rally as the Lions defeated host Arcadia, 71-64 in Commonwealth Conference action.

 

Gyori Leads Falcons In Win Over Crusaders
Grantham, PA - The Messiah Falcons moved their win streak to 10 games on Wednesday night with a 70-61 win over Alvernia. Junior Dori Gyori led the Falcons with career-high 26 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Taylor Miller scored 18 points for the Falcons.

 

Bulldogs Rally Late to Squeak Past Manhattanville, 64-60

Center Valley, PA (January 25, 2012) – A 14-2 run over the final three minutes of the game capped off by two free throws by senior Hannah Smith with 15 seconds to break a tie at 60 gave the DeSales University women's basketball team a 64-60 win over Manhattanville College in Freedom Conference action on Wednesday night in Billera Hall.
