EWING, Nj. – Michael Santos completed 22-46 passes for 252 yards and one touchdown, he also ran for another score as Fairleigh Dickinson University at Florham knocked of The College of New Jersey 18-12 in the seventh and final game of the MAC-NJAC Challenge.  The MAC was victorious in five of the seven challenge contests.

The Devils defense was stout all night limiting the TCNJ offense to just 13 first downs and 265 total yards.  FDU forced six turnovers on the night, all interceptions led by Joe Mancini who grabbed two picks to go along with eight tackles.

Both offenses struggled to get much going as both teams combined for seven turnovers and 13 punts.  FDU was held to just 66 yards rushing and 18 first downs but mustered enough passing offense to open the season with a 18-12 victory.
