ANNVILLE, Pa. (Men’s Basketball) – The Lycoming Warriors were selected as the favorite in the 2022-23 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) men’s basketball coaches. The Warriors collected five of nine first-place votes for 58 points.

Stevens captured the 2022 title with a 71-68 win over Lycoming to give the Ducks their second conference title.
The Ducks won its opening-round game of the NCAA tournament against Mount Union, but fell to Williams in round two.
The 2022-23 season is set to begin on Tuesday, Nov. 8. The double-round robin conference schedule will begin on Sunday, Nov. 27.
The 2023 MAC Freedom Men’s Basketball Championship is set for Feb. 20-25. The top-five seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
