ANNVILLE, Pa. (Women’s Soccer) – The 2022 All-MAC Commonwealth Women’s Soccer Team has been announced.
Messiah senior forward Rachael Tirjan was named MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Year, and the Falcons sophomore midfielder Kristina Akselsen was named MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Year.
Messiah sophomore defender Julia Martin was named MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year.
York head coach Kelly Wakeman was named MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year. It is her second MAC Commonwealth coach of the year award, but first while coaching at York. Wakeman was named the 2017 MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year while at Widener.
The All-MAC Commonwealth Women’s Soccer Team is nominated and voted on by the nine conference women’s soccer coaches.
