ANNVILLE, Pa. (Football) – The Delaware Valley Aggies were selected as the favorite in the 2022 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) football coaches. The Aggies collected first-place votes from all 10 opposing coaches for a total of 100 points.

In 2021, the Aggies claimed their fourth-straight MAC football title and their fourth-straight undefeated conference slate carrying their 36-game conference win streak into the 2022 season.
Delaware Valley's season came to an end in the second round of the NCAA tournament with a 14-0 loss to Muhlenberg finishing with an 11-1 record and a perfect 10-0 in regular season.
D3football.com announced the 2022 Preseason All-American team August 15 naming four returning Aggies. Defensive lineman Michael Nobile was named to the first team, safety Blaine Netterman and defensive lineman Anthony Nobile were named to the second team and defensive lineman Yusuf Aladinov was named to the third team.
D3football.com's 2022 preseason poll placed Delaware Valley at No. 15.
The 2022 season is set to begin on Friday, September 2. Conference play will begin on Saturday, September 17.
The MAC Champion will be based on the best conference record and will earn the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
