ANNVILLE, Pa. (Women's Volleyball) – The Stevens Ducks were selected as the favorite in the 2022 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) women's volleyball coaches. The Ducks collected first-place votes from seven opposing coaches for a total of 63 points.

In 2021, the Ducks claimed their second-straight MAC Freedom title defeating DeSales 3-1.
Stevens' season came to a close in the first round of the NCAA tournament with a 3-1 loss to Middlebury College. The Ducks finished the year with a 26-6 overall record, 7-1 in conference play.
The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released the 2022 preseason coaches poll on August 19 with Stevens receiving votes.
The 2022 season is set to begin on Thursday, September 1. Conference play will begin on Wednesday, September 7 with an eight-week eight-game schedule.
The 2022 MAC Freedom Women's Volleyball Championship is set for October 31 to November 5. The top-five seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
