ANNVILLE, Pa. (Women’s Lacrosse) – The 2023 All-MAC Commonwealth Women’s Lacrosse Team has been announced.
Messiah senior Rachel Delate was named MAC Commonwealth Attacker of the Year. Delate also earned the honor in 2021. Stevenson junior Kara Yarusso was named MAC Commonwealth Midfielder of the Year. Messiah senior Grace Gormley was named MAC Commonwealth Defender of the Year, and York senior Bella Garabo was named MAC Commonwealth Goalie of the. Year.
York first year midfielder Sydney Mentzer was named MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year.
York head coach Jen Muston was named MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year for a second consecutive season.
The All-MAC Commonwealth Women’s Lacrosse Team is nominated and voted on by the nine conference women’s lacrosse coaches.
