NEWTOWN, Pa. (Football) – The Delaware Valley Aggies were selected as the favorite in the 2023 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) football coaches. The Aggies collected first-place votes from nine opposing coaches for a total of 81 points.

In 2022, the Aggies claimed their fifth-straight MAC football title and their fifth-straight undefeated conference slate carrying their 44-game conference win streak into the 2023 season.
Delaware Valley's season came to an end in the NCAA National Quarterfinals with a 22-6 loss to the No. 2 University of Mount Union finishing with a 12-1 record.
D3football.com's 2023 preseason poll placed Delaware Valley at No. 10.
The 2023 season is set to begin on Thursday, August 31. Conference play will begin on Saturday, September 9.
The MAC Champion will be based on the best conference record and will earn the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
