Newtown, Pa. (Women's Soccer) - The Misericordia Cougars were selected as the favorite in the 2024 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) women's soccer coaches. The Cougar's received seven first-place votes for 49 points.

The Cougar's look to claim its fourth-straight conference crown during the 2024 season. Last season, Misericordia defeated Stevens 2-1 in double overtime to claim the title. The Cougar's fell in the second round of the NCAA Tournament to the University of Rochester.
The season is set to begin on August 30 with conference play beginning October 5.
The 2024 MAC Freedom Women's Soccer Championship is set for Nov. 6-9. The top-four seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
