D3football.com Release 

MINNEAPOLIS (Football) - Delaware Valley University Joel Perez was named to D3football.com's Team of the Week, sponsored by Scoutware, on Tuesday for game action from Oct. 23-26. 

Perez returned the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown against Stevenson, and he wasn't done. He one-upped that with a 96-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the third quarter, helping Delaware Valley rally from a 31-14 deficit to win, 41-38.

The Team of the Week is D3football.com's weekly honor roll, in its 27th season, recognizes top performers at each position from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors.
