NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending November 9, 2025. A total of 19 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Nov. 3, 2025 to Nov. 9, 2025.
FOOTBALL (#MACfb)
MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Mike Galasso (Delaware Valley / Jr., QB / Philadelphia, Pa.) delivered another stellar performance in Delaware Valley’s win over Misericordia, throwing for 362 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.1% of his passes. He also added a rushing touchdown, accounting for four total scores on the day.
MAC Defensive Player of the Week
Gashawn Moody (Eastern / Sr., Safety / Philadelphia, Pa.) spearheaded Eastern’s defense with eight tackles, two sacks, three quarterback hurries, and an interception in a 28-7 victory over FDU-Florham. His 49-yard interception return set up Eastern’s final touchdown as the Eagles clinched the conference’s automatic qualifier and at least a share of the MAC title. The Eastern secondary has now gone five straight games without allowing a passing touchdown.
MAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Tyson Weber (Widener / Fy., DB / Denton, Md.) provided the spark Widener needed, returning a punt 44 yards for a touchdown to give the Pride a 28-21 lead in the third quarter. The first-year also recovered a fumble on the ensuing defensive possession to help seal the win.
MEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Jevon Yarbrough (Hood / Jr., Guard / Hagerstown, Md.) led Hood to the Rotary Tournament of Frederick championship and earned MVP honors after totaling 51 points and eight assists across two games. He posted 19 points and four assists in a win over Notre Dame (Md.) before exploding for 32 points in an overtime victory against No. 22 Catholic, sealing the game with a late steal and score.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Matt Prociak (Misericordia / Sr., Forward / Wilkes-Barre, Pa.) averaged 23.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game while shooting 50% from the floor and 84.2% from the line. He tallied 16 points and nine boards in a loss to Marietta, then posted 30 points and nine rebounds in a win over Elmira, converting 14-of-17 free throws.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Liv Monturo (Messiah / Gr., Forward / Bayport, N.Y.) earned Messiah Tip-Off Tournament MVP honors after leading the Falcons to wins over Marywood and Nazareth. She opened the weekend with 27 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two blocks in an 81-48 victory over Marywood, then posted 31 points, 10 rebounds, six blocks, and three steals in an overtime win against Nazareth.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Delaney Bell (Arcadia / Sr., Guard / Bensalem, Pa.) a D3hoops.com preseason All-American, opened her senior campaign with a dominant performance, recording 33 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists in an 87-75 win over TCNJ. She shot 13-for-20 from the field, 2-for-3 from three-point range, and 5-for-8 from the line, leading all MAC scorers after opening weekend.
MEN’S ICE HOCKEY (#MAChky)
MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Zack Smith (Neumann / Sr., F / Courtice, Ontario) totaled three goals and two assists as Neumann opened conference play 2-0. The senior notched a hat trick and an assist in a 7-5 win over Lebanon Valley, scoring once in each period, including the game-winner midway through the third. He added another assist in a 6-0 victory the following night.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Duncan Rolleman (Wilkes / Jr., Goalie / New Hamburg, Ontario) recorded back-to-back shutouts as Wilkes swept King’s College. The junior made 29 saves in a 6-0 win on Friday and followed with 19 stops in a 4-0 victory on Saturday, finishing the weekend with a perfect 1.000 save percentage.
WOMEN’S ICE HOCKEY (#MAChky)
MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Anna Dale (Lebanon Valley / Jr., F / Juneau, Alaska) led Lebanon Valley to a weekend sweep of Neumann with a five-point performance. The junior opened the series with two goals and two assists in a 6-0 win before adding another assist in a 4-1 victory. She finished the weekend with a +6 rating and 10 shots on goal.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Stephanie Skorupa (Alvernia / So., Goalie / Des Plaine, IL) allowed just one goal across two wins over Stevenson, making 38 saves on 39 shots. She posted 16 saves in a 3-1 win Friday before recording a 22-save shutout on Saturday, leading the Golden Wolves to a weekend sweep.
SWIMMING (#MACswim)
MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Brandon Cogdill (Stevenson / Sr. / Franklin Township, N.J.) won three of his four events during Stevenson’s Senior Day meet, including victories in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.10), 200 breaststroke, and 200 freestyle medley relay. His 100 breast time marked the fastest by a Mustang this season.
MAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Denise Martinez (Stevenson / Fy. / Silver Spring, Md.) collected three wins to lead Stevenson at its Senior Day meet. She helped the Mustangs to victory in the 200 medley relay (2:01.24) while also winning the 100 backstroke and 500 freestyle, setting a new team season-best in the relay event.
WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL (#MACvb)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Ann Ofoegbu (Hood / Sr., OH / Falling Waters, W.Wa.) powered Hood to its first MAC Commonwealth postseason berth since 2015 with a dominant 26-kill performance in a reverse sweep over Widener. The senior hit efficiently and delivered clutch points in the decisive fifth set to seal the Blazers’ playoff spot.

Giulia Viglietta (Stevenson / Sr., OH / Columbus, Ohio) led Stevenson’s defense with 36 digs and two blocks across 10 sets, averaging 3.6 digs per set while adding 30 kills offensively. She tallied 16 digs in a sweep of Albright, eight in a win over Rutgers-Newark, and 12 in a four-set battle with Elizabethtown.
MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Vivian Lisboa (Stevens / Sr., MH / Beaumont, Calif.) hit an impressive .750 (9-0-12) in a sweep of Delaware Valley, then matched her season high with 10 kills on Senior Night against New Paltz. Across two matches, she totaled 19 kills, four blocks, four digs, and three aces to lead the Ducks to a 2-0 week.

Maggie Duda (Misericordia / So., Libero / Mineola, NY) anchored the Misericordia back row with 46 digs over three matches, averaging 4.6 per set. She recorded 21 digs against Lebanon Valley, followed by 12 and 13, respectively, in wins over Haverford and York.
WRESTLING (#MACwrestle)
MAC Men’s Wrestler of the Week
Dalton Monger (Messiah / Jr. / Tower City, Pa.) dominated at the Racich Rumble, going 5-0 at 149 lbs. with five pins—all under two minutes. The junior capped his performance with a first-period fall in the championship bout against NYU’s top-seeded John Mairano, earning the tournament title.
MAC Women’s Wrestler of the Week
Zoey Haines (Eastern / Fy. / Gettysburg, Pa.) competing up a weight class at 145 lbs., Haines went 2-0 at the TCNJ Duals, earning both victories by technical fall. One of her wins came against a two-time national qualifier, Maura White, as the first-year continued her impressive collegiate debut season.
