NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending November 30, 2025. A total of eight student-athletes were recognized for performances from Nov. 24, 2025 to Nov. 30, 2025.
MEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Kendall Seguignol (Stevenson / Sr., Guard / Wellington, Fla.)turned in a strong all-around performance in Stevenson’s overtime battle at Eastern Mennonite, leading the Mustangs with 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting while adding two three-pointers. The senior also pulled down a game-high nine rebounds—six on the defensive end—to limit second-chance opportunities, and added a steal in 34 minutes of efficient, steady play.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Jayden Thomas (DeSales / So., Guard / Allentown, Pa.) delivered a career night in DeSales’ 95-89 win at Moravian, erupting for a personal-best 36 points—the fifth-highest single-game total in program history. He added seven rebounds, seven assists, and three steals while shooting 11-of-18 from the floor and an impressive 13-of-14 at the free-throw line to carry the Bulldogs to victory.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Riley Stackhouse (Widener / So., Guard / West Chester, Pa.) led undefeated Widener to a 78–52 win over Neumann with a game-high 22 points, shooting 63.7% from the field and 57.1% from beyond the arc while going 4-for-4 at the line. She added six rebounds and three steals, providing consistent two-way production for a Pride team off to a strong start.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Lauren Casey (King’s / Sr., Forward / Nanticoke, Pa.) powered King’s to a 2–0 week, totaling 29 points, 25 rebounds, six steals, four blocks, and three assists across wins over Wilkes and Keystone. The MAC Freedom’s leading rebounder averaged 14.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 44% from the field, showcasing her dominance in the paint on both ends.

MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Matt Carlson (Wilkes / Sr., F / Delmar, N.Y.) powered Wilkes to wins over SUNY Cortland and Elmira with a five-point week. He opened with two assists in a 4–1 victory over the Red Dragons, then followed with a two-goal, one-assist performance in a 7–3 win over Elmira. The senior forward continued to drive the Colonels’ offensive momentum with strong production in both games.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Crowshaw (Arcadia / Fy., Goalie / Avon, CT) delivered a breakout weekend, posting a .973 save percentage while backstopping Arcadia to a 2–0 sweep of Post University. The first-year made 34 saves and allowed just one goal on Saturday to earn his first collegiate win, then responded with 37 saves and one goal allowed on Sunday. He also scored a rare goalie goal in Saturday’s victory, highlighting an exceptional weekend performance.
WOMEN’S ICE HOCKEY (#MAChky)
MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Sofie Ancona (Hood / So., F / Grosse Point Farms, Mi.) was outstanding in Hood’s historic weekend split with Lebanon Valley, totaling three goals, two assists, and nine blocked shots. She recorded five points on 12 shots while playing key minutes on both special teams units. Her all-around performance helped the Blazers secure their first-ever win over LVC in program history.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Maggie Grijalva (Hood / So., Goalie / Fullerton, Ca.) backstopped Hood to the program’s first-ever win over Lebanon Valley with a stellar 45-save performance in a 3–1 victory. She kept LVC off the board at even strength and denied all four of the Dutchmen’s power-play opportunities. Her poise and consistency in net anchored a defensive effort that delivered a milestone win for the Blazers.
