NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending December 7, 2025. A total of 16 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Dec. 1, 2025 to Dec. 7, 2025.
MEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Jayden Rowe (York / Sr., Guard / Downingtown, Pa.) led undefeated York to two more victories while averaging 24.0 points, 6.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game. He opened the week by matching his career high with 31 points on 62.5% shooting, including six three-pointers, in an 88-72 win over Dickinson. He followed with 17 points, eight assists, and three blocks in a 70-57 win over defending MAC Freedom champion Delaware Valley, guiding the Spartans to a 7-0 start.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Jayden Thomas (DeSales / So., Guard / Allentown, Pa.) continued his strong play with 25.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game, shooting 58.1% from the field across two games. He posted 25 points and 14 rebounds at Lancaster Bible before recording 26 points and five boards in a home win over Widener. The sophomore now has four 25+ point games this season.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL (#MAChoops)
MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Liv Monturo (Messiah / Gr., Forward / Bayport, N.Y.) powered Messiah to wins over Gettysburg and DeSales with a dominant two-game performance totaling 55 points and 24 rebounds. She opened with 30 points and eight rebounds—including 20 second-half points—in an 83–77 comeback win over Gettysburg. She followed with a 25-point, 16-rebound double-double in a 58-45 win over DeSales, leading the Falcons in scoring both games.
MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Kailey Eckhart (Lebanon Valley / Sr., Forward / Myerstown, Pa.) led LVC to a 2–0 week by averaging 15.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 blocks, and 2.0 steals per game. She posted a 14-point, 11-rebound double-double in a win over York and added 17 points and nine rebounds in a 75–36 victory over Centenary. Thirteen of her points came during a decisive third-quarter run in which LVC outscored Centenary 23-4.

MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Jude Cole (Arcadia / Jr., F / Honeoye Falls, N.Y.) helped Arcadia earn a 1–0–1 weekend against Lebanon Valley with three points and a shootout-winning goal. He scored the game-tying goal and added an assist in Friday’s overtime contest, then scored in the shootout to give Arcadia the extra point. On Saturday, he delivered the eventual game-winner just 64 seconds into the second period in a 3-0 road victory.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Hayden Williamson (Arcadia / Jr., Goalie / Oakville, Ontario) recorded his first shutout of the season and second of his career with 32 saves in Arcadia’s 3-0 win over Lebanon Valley. The junior posted a perfect performance while improving to a 2.25 GAA and .940 save percentage on the year—one of the top marks among MAC goaltenders.

MAC Ice Hockey Offensive Player of the Week
Haylee Bouchard (Wilkes / Jr., F / Sioux Lookout, Ontario) delivered a historic performance in Wilkes’ 8-1 win over Stevenson, finishing with four goals and two assists. Her six-point outing set new program records for most goals and points in a single game, leading the Colonels to a dominant win.
MAC Ice Hockey Defensive Player of the Week
Mia Frisoni (Lebanon Valley / Jr., Goalie / Glenville, N.Y.) totaled 69 saves across a four-point weekend for LVC. She opened with a 33-save performance in a 4–3 win over Arcadia—her first win against the Knights since 2023—stopping all 12 shots in the first period, all 11 in the second, and 10 in the third. She followed with 36 saves in a 3-2 overtime battle the next day, making multiple key stops in every period and five more in overtime.
MEN’S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (#MACtf)
MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Fabrice Saint Hillien (Stevenson / Sr. / Columbia, Md.) opened the indoor season in impressive fashion, winning the 400m at the Alvernia Rust Buster in 50.99—more than a full second ahead of the field. He later anchored Stevenson’s victorious 4x400m relay, helping the Mustangs secure a top finish to start the year.
MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Weston Simak (DeSales / Jr. / Nazareth, Pa.) had a strong start to the Indoor season posting MAC qualifying marks in both the long jump and the triple jump. He placed third in the long jump with a mark of 6.52m and was first in the triple jump with a mark of 13.72m. His TJ was the second best mark in team history.
WOMEN’S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (#MACtf)
MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Sadie Nugent (Arcadia / Fy. / Pembroke, Ma.) broke the Arcadia program record in the 60m in her collegiate debut at the Ursinus Bow Tie Invitational, running 7.81 to win the event. She also led off the Knights’ winning 4x400m relay (4:25.23). Nugent’s 7.81 currently leads the MAC and ranks tied for 16th nationally among early-season qualifiers.
MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Sperra Vittor (York / Fy. / Laurel, Md.) made a strong collegiate debut with a win and a runner-up finish at the Diplomat Open. She captured the long jump with a mark of 5.32m—the best in the MAC this season—and added a second-place finish in the 60m hurdles at 9.24, also the top time in the conference.
SWIMMING (#MACswim)
MAC Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Connor Scheckner (King’s / Fy. / Woolwich, N.J.) continued his breakout freshman year with five individual victories across two meets. He opened with three wins versus Gallaudet—including MAC Championship–qualifying times in the 200 free (1:50.18) and 500 free (5:08.63)—and added two more victories in the 200 IM (2:04.66) and 100 back (55.26) at a tri-meet hosted by Lycoming..
MAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Eszter Kiss (Stevens / So. / Basking Ridge, N.J.) won all four of her events in Stevens’ victory over USMMA. She helped the Ducks take the 200-medley relay and 400-free relay while also sweeping the 200 free (1:59.66) and 500 free (5:28.37), continuing her strong early-season form.
WRESTLING (#MACwrestle)
MAC Men’s Wrestler of the Week
Trent Mahoney (Albright / Gr. / Baton Rouge, La.) remained undefeated, improving to 18–0 while winning his third straight invitational title. He dominated the Blue Jay Classic field, outscoring opponents 36-5 and never entering a third period. In the 157-pound final, the No. 7–ranked grappler pinned No. 19 from Wilkes in the first period to secure the championship.
MAC Women’s Wrestler of the Week
Sam Larkin (Arcadia / Fy. / Old Bridge, N.J.) delivered an impressive week with podium finishes at two events. She placed third at the New Standard Invitational, earning three wins by fall and adding a dominant tech fall. She then captured the title at the Muhlenberg Novice Tournament with three more victories—including two falls and a tiebreak win—continuing her strong first-year season.
