NEWTOWN, Pa. (Baseball) – The 2025 Middle Atlantic Conferences (MAC) baseball regular season wrapped up on Sunday afternoon, setting the MAC Commonwealth and MAC Freedom Baseball Championship fields. The tournaments are scheduled to begin on Friday, May 2. The two Conference Champions will earn automatic qualifiers into the 2025 NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

MAC Commonwealth
Messiah was dominant this season, picking up series wins against all of its MAC Commonwealth opponents, including four 3-0 sweeps. The Falcons finished the regular season at 18-3 in conference and 26-13 overall. They are hoping to take the next step this season and earn their first title since 2012. Messiah finished as the MAC Commonwealth runner-up in 2024. Messiah will host one of the best-of-three semifinal series starting Friday.

York will host the other semifinal series after finishing at 15-6 in MAC Commonwealth (21-17 overall) and earning the No. 2 seed. Taking trips to the two semifinal sites are No. 3 seed Alvernia (14-7 MAC Commonwealth, 23-16) and No. 4 seed Widener (12-9 MAC Commonwealth, 20-19).

The best-of-three championship is scheduled for Friday-Saturday, May 9-10, hosted by the higher seed.

MAC Freedom
Stevens will be the No. 1 seed in the MAC Freedom Championship after compiling an 18-3 record in MAC Freedom play (25-13 overall). The Ducks are trying to capture their first MAC Freedom title. They will host one of the best-of-three semifinals series starting Friday. 

The second MAC Freedom Semifinal series will take place at Misericordia. The Cougars  earned the No. 2 seed in the Freedom this year with a 14-7 conference record (26-14 overall). The remaining tournament teams are No. 3 seed Arcadia (14-7 MAC Freedom, 24-14) and No. 4 seed Lebanon Valley (13-8 MAC Freedom, 21-18-1).

Misericordia won the seeding tiebreaker over Arcadia due to its 2-1 series victory over the Knights during the regular season.
