Newtown, Pa. (Women's Soccer) - The Misericordia Cougars and Stevens Institute of Technology Ducks were selected as the co-favorites in the 2025 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) women's soccer coaches. The Cougars and Ducks evenly split eight first-place votes for 46 points.

The Cougars look to claim its fifth straight conference crown during the 2025 season. Last season, Misericordia defeated Stevens 1-0 to claim the title. The Cougars made a run in the NCAA tournament before falling 1-0 to Christopher Newport in the Sweet 16 round.
The season is set to begin on August 29 with conference play beginning October 4.
The 2025 MAC Freedom Women's Soccer Championship is set for Nov. 4-8. The top-four seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
