Newtown, Pa. (Field Hockey) - The Messiah Falcons were selected as the favorite in the 2025 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth (MAC Commonwealth) Field Hockey coaches. The Falcons received seven first-place votes for 49 points.

The York College Spartans earned its first-ever conference crown last season, defeating Messiah 1-0 in overtime to claim the title. The Spartans fell to Christopher Newport in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
The Falcons earned an at-large bid into the NCAA tournament and made a run into the Elite 8 where they fell to Williams College, 2-1.
The season is set to begin on August 29 with conference play beginning October 11.
The 2025 MAC Commonwealth Field Hockey Championship is set for Nov. 5-8. The top-four seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
