NEWTOWN, Pa. (Women’s Tennis) – The Stevens Ducks were selected as the favorite to repeat as champions in the 2026 conference preseason poll conducted among the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom women’s tennis coaches. The Ducks collected six first-place votes from opposing coaches for a total of 36 points.

In 2025, the Ducks defeated Lebanon Valley to claim its fourth-straight MAC Freedom Championship Title. Stevens advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after a 4-0 defeat over the University of Scranton. The Ducks' season ended in the second round against No. 6 Wesleyan University.
The 2026 season is set to begin on Saturday, February 28. Conference play will start on Saturday, March 28 with a six game schedule.
The 2026 MAC Freedom Women's Tennis Championship is set for April 28 and May 2. The top-four seeds will battle for the conference title and the NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
