NEWTOWN, Pa. (Baseball) – The 2026 Middle Atlantic Conferences (MAC) baseball regular-season wrapped up on Sunday afternoon, finalizing the fields for the MAC Commonwealth and MAC Freedom Softball Championships. The tournaments are scheduled to begin on Thursday, April 30. The two Conference Champions will earn automatic qualifiers into the 2026 NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

MAC Commonwealth
Messiah earned the top seed in the MAC Commonwealth. The Falcons finished the year with a 13-1 MAC Commonwealth record (25-14 overall). They are in search of their second consecutive championship title. Messiah will host the entire tournament in three days of competition.

Eastern will be the No. 2 seed as they posted a 11-3 record in conference play (25-7 overall). No. 3 seeded York is in the postseason tournament having finished 7-7 in conference and Stevenson is the No. 4 seed.

MAC Freedom
Misericordia will be the No. 1 seed in the MAC Freedom Championship after compiling a 12-2 Freedom record (25-11 overall). The Cougars look to claim their first conference title since 2023. Misericordia will host the entire tournament with Day One being on Thursday, April 30. 

FDU-Florham is the No. 2 seed in the tournament having finished with a 10-4 record in conference play, LVC is the No. 3 seed and the back-to-back defending champ of the tournament. Stevens earned the No. 4 seed to round out the participants.
