NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending April 5, 2026. A total of 27 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Mar. 30, 2026 to Apr. 5, 2026.

BASEBALL (#MACbaseball)
MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week
Daniel Knight (Messiah / Sr., P / Danville, Pa.) pitched a nine-inning complete game to lead the Falcons to a victory over York on Thursday. He allowed only one run on seven hits while striking out six batters.

MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Isaiah Parido (Messiah / Sr., Outfield / Lancaster, Pa.) batted .444 with three home runs and 10 RBIs during a perfect week for the Falcons. His week was highlighted by a three-homer, seven-RBI performance in a doubleheader sweep of York on Saturday.

MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Week
Mike Hooker (DeSales / Sr., P / Ridley Park, Pa.) tossed a dominant nine-inning complete-game victory over Arcadia on Thursday. He struck out nine batters and did not issue a single walk while allowing just one run in the 4-1 win.

MAC Freedom Player of the Week
JT Anderosky (DeSales / Sr., Outfield / Warrington, Pa.) hit .471 with a home run and four RBIs to help DeSales to a 3-1 record on the week. He finished just a double shy of hitting for the cycle during a mid-week victory over William Paterson University.

MEN’S GOLF (#MACgolf)
MAC Commonwealth Golfer of the Week 
Alex Kaun (York / Fy. / Lancaster, Pa.) led the Spartans to two tournament titles by finishing tied for third out of 68 players at the Albright Spring Invitational. He shot a one-under-par 71 that featured five birdies.

MAC Freedom Golfer of the Week 
Jack Brennan (Delaware Valley / Jr. / Pottstown, Pa.) claimed the individual title at the Pioneer Spring Invitational with a score of 71 (+1). He recorded three birdies during the round to help the Aggies secure a second-place team finish.

WOMEN’S GOLF (#MACgolf)
MAC Golfer of the Week 
Jillian Fidler (Lebanon Valley / Jr. / Lebanon, Pa.) won medalist honors at the Elizabethtown Invitational after winning a playoff with a birdie on the second hole. She followed that up by finishing as the second-best Division III golfer in a field of 53 at the Millersville Invitational.

MEN’S LACROSSE (#MAClax)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week 
Davis Fisher (York / Sr., Attack / Arnold, Md.) led the No. 8 Spartans with 12 points and eight assists across two victories. He recorded a season-high four assists during a win over St. Mary's.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Bear Evans (York / Sr., Defense / Grant Valley, Pa.) recorded 11 ground balls, four caused turnovers, and a goal during a 2-0 week for the York defense. He set a career-high with four caused turnovers in a conference victory over Messiah.

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week 
Jack Simone (Misericordia / Fy., Attack / Mt. Kisco, N.Y.) recorded seven goals and four assists in a dominant 19-4 victory over FDU-Florham. This performance came during the Cougars' conference opener.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week 
Colin Brockman (Arcadia / So., FOFO / North Brunswick, N.J.) went 14-of-15 on faceoffs and collected eight ground balls in a 20-7 win over Delaware Valley. He currently leads the conference in both total ground balls and faceoff percentage.

WOMEN’S LACROSSE (#MAClax)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Claire Lynch (Widener / So., Midfield / Springfield, Pa.) set a career-high with six goals and an assist in a 21-3 win over Eastern. She also contributed to the all-around effort with four ground balls and five draw controls.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Grace Hejeebu (Messiah / Sr., Goalie / Ellicott City, Md.) recorded a career-high 20 saves to help the No. 16 Falcons upset No. 7 York College. Her performance included two critical saves in the final three minutes to preserve the 11-9 lead.

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Jaylee Killgore (Arcadia / So., Attack / Kennett Square, Pa.) set a new program record with nine goals in a single game during an 18-3 win over Delaware Valley. She finished the week with 11 total points and currently leads the Knights in scoring.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Emma Williamson (DeSales / Sr., Defense / Seaford, N.Y.) led the defense with four caused turnovers and four ground balls in the program's first-ever win over Lebanon Valley. She also contributed a goal while holding the Flying Dutchmen to just six goals in the conference opener.

SOFTBALL (#MACsb)
MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week 
Emily Trzonkowski (Eastern / Fy., P / Middletown, Del.) set a new program record with 16 strikeouts in a one-hit shutout against Immaculata to reach a 10-0 season record. During that game, she struck out the first 10 hitters she faced and did not allow a ball in play until the fifth inning.

MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week
Fallon Feaser (Messiah / Jr., Pitcher/Utility / Newville, Pa.) batted .684 with 11 hits and 11 runs scored during a 4-2 week for the Falcons. She recorded five extra-base hits, including two triples and two home runs.

MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Week 
Sydney Grifone (FDU-Florham / Sr., P / Vernon, N.J.) went 2-0 with a 1.08 ERA and 15 strikeouts across 13 innings of work. She finished her week with a complete-game, four-hit shutout against Delaware Valley.

MAC Freedom Player of the Week
Holly Grube (Lebanon Valley / So., 2B/P / New Providence, Pa.) slashed .643/.600/1.357 with nine hits and six runs scored in a perfect 4-0 week. In addition to her offensive stats, she pitched a two-hitter to secure a victory over Stevens.

MEN’S TENNIS (#MACtennis)
MAC Freedom Player of the Week 
Aaron Allen (Arcadia / Jr. / Pittsburgh, Pa.) went 4-0 across singles and doubles play to help the Knights to a 2-0 week. He won both of his second singles matches in dominant fashion, including a 6-0, 6-0 shutout against Eastern.

WOMEN’S TENNIS (#MACtennis)
MAC Freedom Player of the Week 
Savannah Falk (Arcadia / Sr. / Bridgeton, N.J.) helped the Knights secure two 4-3 victories by going undefeated in both first singles and first doubles. She earned 6-1, 6-2 singles victories in both matches against Eastern and Rowan College of South Jersey.

MEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (#MACtf)
MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Ryan Paradine (Stevens / Jr. / Pearl River, N.Y.) won the Steeplechase at the Muhlenberg Invitational with a time of 9:43.85. His performance bested the rest of the field by 27 seconds and met AARTFC qualifying standards.

MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Jake Bono (York / Jr. / Marlboro, N.J.) broke his own school record with a first-place javelin throw of 64.65 meters at the York Twilight Meet. This mark currently ranks first in the MAC and seventh overall in Division III.

WOMEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (#MACtf)
MAC Track Athlete of the Week
Gabby Nye (Widener / Gr. / Shippensburg, Pa.) set a new Widener school record in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:44.56. Her time is the fastest in the conference by over a minute and ranks second in the nation.

MAC Field Athlete of the Week
Alexandra Snyder (Misericordia / Sr. / Muncy, Pa.) won the javelin event at York with a dominant performance. Her mark of 45.16 meters is currently the top throw in the country for the season.

MEN’S VOLLEYBALL (#MACvb)
MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Chris U’Glay (Misericordia / So., Outside Hitter / Milford, Pa.) hit .429 with 16 kills and four aces in a 3-1 victory over Widener. This win helped the Cougars clinch the No. 4 seed for the post-season.

MAC Defensive Player of the Week
Dominic Ambrose (Stevens / Jr., Libero / Tustin, Calif.) registered 22 digs on the week, highlighted by a career-high 17 digs in a win over Elizabethtown. He also contributed six assists during the four-set victory to close out the regular season.
