Commonwealth Conference 
Stevenson University, the defending Commonwealth Conference Champions have been selected to repeat as champs according to the 2013 Commonwealth Preseason Coach's Poll.  Stevenson was a unanimous decision at the top of the poll receiving all 10 first place votes.

Freedom Conference
Eastern University was voted unanimously to repeat as Freedom Conference Women's Volleyball Champions, receiving all eight first place votes in the 2013 Freedom Preseason Coach's Poll.  The Eagles earned 49 total points, edging last year's conference runner up DeSales College who received 43 points in the poll.
