NCAA DIII Athletics Celebratory Standardized Signing Form
- This form is the only permissible form Division III institutions may use.
- Member institutions are permitted to insert their institutional logo and the institution's and/or athletics' mission statement into the form. An institution may use its own letterhead or stationary. The remaining language in the form must be included as presented.
- The form may be delivered to the prospective student-athlete in any manner the institution deems appropriate (e.g., hand delivery; email, etc...). However, athletics staff may not be present when a prospective student-athlete signs the form.

NCAA Division III Strategic Initiatives Grant Program - Tier 1: Professional Development, Education, and Communication
Key Dates
- August: Solicitation for funding requests made to FARs, SWAs, SIDs, ADRs, and athletic trainers
- October 1: Request for funding deadline
- October: Notification of approved funding
- Within two weeks of event: Submit online expense form with all relevant receipts.

Key Dates
- December 1: First deadline to submit reimbursement requests (online impact form)
- May 1: Second deadline to submit reimbursement requests (online impact form)
- June 1: Notification of any remaining funds
- June 30: Final deadline to submit reimbursement requests (online impact form)
Each institution is allotted $1,500 to address social responsibility and integration in at least one of these categories: student-athlete well-being / community service; equity and inclusion; sportsmanship; or identity and integration activities.
