Chris Zirpoli will head the men's soccer program and Joe Nemzer was named as the head women's soccer coach.
After an extensive nation-wide search to fill both positions, a search committee ultimately concluded that Zirpoli and Nemzer are the best fits to lead the programs and its student-athletes to success on and off the field.
"Chris and Joe are both very passionate about soccer and demonstrate great knowledge of the game," said director of athletics
Steve Cantrell. "In addition, they embody the core values and work ethic that we strive to display in the athletic department and they share in the vision of the University. We are very excited to have them on our team."

We look forward to the challenges ahead and will continue to transform the men's soccer program in all areas."

"I am honored and humbled to be the next leader of the Delaware Valley University women's soccer program and excited for the challenge that lies ahead of us." Nemzer continued, "I cannot thank director of athletics
Steve Cantrell, Dr. April Vari, and the search committee enough for entrusting me with the responsibility to lead this program. Our vision will be to lead an elite and championship culture that is cultivated through a character driven process. I look forward to working with our incredible student athletes, faculty, staff, and alumni to ensure our program represents the highest level of character, respect, and integrity in everything we do. This is an exciting time for DelVal women's soccer and I can't wait to get started."
