NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending October 19, 2025. A total of 27 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Oct. 13, 2025 to Oct. 19, 2025.
CROSS COUNTRY (#MACxc)
MAC Men's Runner of the Week
Trey Rhinehart (Misericordia / Sr. / Easton, Pa.) recorded the second-fastest 8K time in Misericordia history, finishing in 24:51 just one second shy of the school record at the Connecticut College Invitational. Competing in a field of 264 runners that included 12 nationally ranked programs, he placed 40th overall.
MAC Women's Runner of the Week
Aylene Noy (Hood / Sr. / Frederick, Md.) ran the fastest 6K in program history, becoming the first Hood women's runner to break 22 minutes. She placed fifth overall at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in a field of more than 300 competitors, crossing the finish in 21:57.40 with an average pace of 5:38 per mile.

MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Olivia Zaskoda (Messiah / Jr., M / Lansdale, Pa.) fueled the Falcons' 2-0 week with three goals and an assist, highlighted by her first career hat trick in a 9-0 win over Albright. Earlier in the week, she assisted the game-tying goal in a 2-1 overtime victory against No. 20 Stevenson.
MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Grace Guy (Hood / Sr., GK / Mechanicsville, Md.) anchored the Blazers to a 2-0 week, matching the program's single-season win record for a goalkeeper. She posted a shutout with three saves against Albright, then tallied seven saves including a penalty stroke stop in a historic 2-1 victory over Widener, marking Hood's first win against the Pride.
MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Claire Weidenhammer (Lebanon Valley / Jr., F / Newport, Pa.) totaled six goals across two road victories, outscoring five of the conference's other seven teams combined. She scored twice in a 4-0 win at Delaware Valley, then recorded a career-high four goals—including the game-winner—in a 9-0 victory at FDU-Florham. Her four-goal effort ranks among the top 10 single-game totals in Division III this season.
MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Brooke Golbeski (Delaware Valley / Gr., GK / Doylestown, Pa.) turned aside 35 shots over two contests, including a career-high 25 saves in a road matchup at DeSales. She also made 10 saves in a home game against Lebanon Valley, keeping the Aggies competitive throughout both matchups.

MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Alvaro Lora (Delaware Valley / Gr., WR / Ventnor City, N.J.) delivered a dominant performance with four receptions for 145 yards and three touchdowns in Delaware Valley's win over FDU-Florham. He opened the scoring with an 84-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter and added two more scores to pace the Aggie offense.
MAC Defensive Player of the Week
Gavin Morris (Misericordia / Sr., LB / Blandon, Pa.) recorded a team-high 13 tackles, including 1.5 tackles for loss and a half-sack, to lead Misericordia to a 29-28 win at Stevenson and preserve the Cougars' unbeaten MAC record.
MAC Special Teams Player of the Week
John Westfield (Eastern / Sr., Punter / Philadelphia, Pa.) proved crucial in the field position battle during Eastern's 17-10 win over Albright. The senior averaged 45 yards on four punts for 180 total yards, highlighted by a 62-yard boot and another downed at the one-yard line.

MAC Commonwealth Golfer of the Week
Alex Kaun (York / Fy. / Lancaster, Pa.) earned his first collegiate victory to lead York to the team title at the York College Fall Invitational, closing out the Spartans' fall schedule in style. The first-year carded a two-round total of 150 and secured medalist honors via a scorecard tiebreaker, edging Goucher's Tyler Lynch with a 36 on the back nine Monday. Kaun opened with a 77 in the first round before posting a 73 (+1) in the finale, highlighted by three birdies and a steady even-par back nine.

MAC Golfer of the Week
Victoria Jolakian (York / Jr. / Wyckoff, N.J.) captured individual medalist honors and led York to the team title at the Spartan Fall Shootout at Royal Manchester Golf Links. The junior carded a 79 in challenging conditions on Monday—played in steady 30 mph winds—to win by six strokes after a strong opening round of 60 in Sunday's shortened play. The victory marked Jolakian's second individual title of the fall season.

Gianfranco Vitella (Stevenson / Sr., M / Roseland, N.J.) registered six points across two matches, tallying a goal and an assist in both a 2-0 victory over McDaniel and a 3-0 win over Widener as the Mustangs extended their unbeaten streak.

Ernort George II (Delaware Valley / So., D / Salisbury, Md.) scored his first collegiate goal in dramatic fashion, netting the game-winner in the 82nd minute to lift Delaware Valley to a 2-1 victory over King's.

Nick Becker (Delaware Valley / So., GK / Myerstown, Pa.) made a career-high 13 saves in Delaware Valley's 2-1 win against King's, including a key stop in the 86th minute to preserve the Aggies' advantage.

MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Meg Kalthof (York / Jr., F / Bel Air, Md.) powered York to two wins with all three of the Spartans' goals for the week. She scored twice in a 2-1 upset over No. 16 Misericordia—tying the match in the 83rd minute and netting the winner in the final two minutes—then added the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Eastern. Kalthof leads the conference in goals, points per game, and game-winners.

Joss Metz (York / So., GK / Sparrows Point, Md.) backstopped York to a pair of victories, including a statement win at No. 16 Misericordia. She tallied four saves in that upset, highlighted by a last-second penalty-kick stop to secure the win, and added a shutout with one save in a 1-0 win over Eastern.

Kenny Donley (Stevens / Sr., GK / Gig Harbor, Wash.) recorded a career-high seven saves to lead Stevens past Arcadia, 6-1. She made four first-half saves to preserve a 2-1 halftime lead before adding three more stops as the Ducks pulled away in the second half.

MAC Men's Swimmer of the Week
Gannon Schwalm (Misericordia / Sr. / Dover, Pa.) opened the season with three individual victories and a relay win in Misericordia's comeback triumph over Arcadia. He swept the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events and the 200 IM, while also contributing to the winning 400 medley relay.

Isabella Klemm (York / Sr. / Halethorpe, Md.) earned three individual wins in York's dual meet with Messiah, claiming victories in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events and the 400 IM—the first of her career in that event. Her 4:46.52 finish in the 400 IM topped the field by 25 seconds.

MAC Freedom Men's Tennis Player of the Week
Samvid Andhare (Stevens / Jr. / Nagpur, India) went 4-0 across two conference matches, winning both singles and doubles contests against Misericordia and King's. He posted 8-0 and 8-1 victories in singles play and dropped just one game combined in doubles action.

MAC Freedom Women's Tennis Player of the Week
Alix Dry (Stevens / Jr. / Austin, Texas) went a perfect 4-0 as Stevens swept Misericordia and King's. She won both doubles matches with Kaylee Hobbick at the No. 1 spot and added dominant 8-0 singles wins in both contests.

MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Hannah Pringle (Eastern / Sr., OH / East Greensville, Pa.) powered Eastern's offense in three consecutive sweeps, totaling 37 kills while hitting an impressive .480 for the week. She recorded 14 kills against Cedar Crest, 15 versus St. Mary's, and eight against Hood to move into fifth on Eastern's all-time kills list.

Viviana Fragoso (Eastern / Sr., Defensive Specialist / La Mirada, Calif.) anchored the Eagles' defense in three straight-set victories, collecting 47 digs across the week and surpassing 1,000 career digs in the win over Hood.

Jillian Jefferys (Lebanon Valley / So., OPP / Warrington, Pa.) tallied 42 kills over three matches, recording a career-high 14 in each win as LVC went 3-0. She hit .600 with 14 kills in a sweep of Neumann and added four blocks in a five-set victory over York..

Keira McCaffrey (Misericordia / So., MH / Mineola, N.Y.) averaged 1.55 blocks per set over three matches, including 11 blocks in a win at FDU-Florham. She also contributed 30 kills on the week, with 15 against FDU and 11 versus Moravian.
