MAC Weekly Awards Announcement (September 23, 2025)

NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending September 21, 2025. A total of 26 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Sep. 15, 2025 to Sep. 21, 2025.

CROSS COUNTRY (#MACxc)
MAC Men’s Runner of the Week
Louka Fetter (Messiah / Sr. / Chesapeake, Va.) claimed the individual title at the Aggie Invite, which served as a preview for the upcoming MAC Championships. He clocked 26:06.10 to edge the field and help lead Messiah to the team win with 28 points.

MAC Women’s Runner of the Week
Ella Swayne (Messiah / Jr. / Forest Hill, Md.) earned her second-straight individual victory, finishing first at the Aggie Invite in 23:30.70. She was one of only two runners to break 24 minutes, leading Messiah to a commanding team win.

FIELD HOCKEY (#MACfh)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Kelbie Linebaugh (York / So., F / New Oxford, Pa.) scored twice in York’s 3-0 win over St. Mary’s. She netted the opening goal on a scramble in front of the cage, then quickly added a second by forcing a turnover and finishing from inside the circle.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Jordan Vradenburgh (Stevenson / Jr., GK / Fairless Hills, Pa.) tallied 14 saves across two games, including 12 against No. 4 Salisbury, before earning a shutout with two stops in a 1-0 win over Gettysburg.

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Gabi Moroney (Stevens / Sr., M / Granby, Mass.) led the #16 Ducks with 3 goals and an assist in a 2-0 week. She contributed five shots with three on goal in a 2-1 victory over New Paltz on Wednesday before recording her second career hat-trick in scoring three times while registering an assist in 10-0 victory over Eastern.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Lauren Flynn (Stevens / Jr., D / Hillsborough, N.J.) anchored a defense that allowed just one goal in two wins. She helped limit New Paltz to nine shots in a 2-1 victory, then added a goal and an assist as Stevens held Eastern without a single shot in a 10-0 win.

FOOTBALL (#MACfb)
MAC Offensive Player of the Week
Logan Klitsch (Lebanon Valley / Jr., QB / Robesonia, Pa.) fueled a second-half comeback in a 24-21 win over Eastern, totaling 274 yards and two touchdowns. He rushed for a career-high 104 yards with a score and threw for 170 yards and another touchdown, highlighted by a 63-yard run to spark the rally.

MAC Defensive Player of the Week
Michael Richino (King’s / Jr., DL / Quakertown, Pa.) recorded five tackles, two tackles for loss, and a sack in King’s 27-21 win over FDU-Florham. His strip-sack in the final minutes sealed the victory for the Monarchs.

MAC Special Teams Player of the Week
Brian Dym (Lebanon Valley / Sr., K / Kennett Square, Pa.) drilled a 22-yard field goal as time expired to lift LVC past Eastern, 24-21. He also went 3-for-3 on extra points and averaged 51.8 yards on four kickoffs.

MEN'S GOLF (#MACgolf)
MAC Commonwealth Golfer of the Week
Nontaphat Veeratecha (Albright / So. / Bangkok, Thailand) earned his first collegiate victory at the Weyhill Classic with a career-best round of 69 (-3), the only under-par score in the 54-player field. The sophomore led all golfers with seven birdies, including four on the back nine where he carded a two-under 34. His performance also marked the first under-par round of his Albright career.

MAC Freedom Golfer of the Week
Jack Harris (Stevens / Fy. / Los Angeles, Calif.) paced Stevens at The Gauntlet with a tie for 11th in a nationally competitive field. He opened with a 74 (+4), steadying his round with six pars on the front and a birdie on 16. He followed with a team-low 72 (+1), charging through the back nine at two under with birdies on 11, 13, and 16. His performance helped the Ducks to a 10th-place team finish.

WOMEN’S GOLF (#MACgolf)
MAC Golfer of the Week
Taylor Gardner (Arcadia / Sr. / Hampden, Maine) paced Arcadia at the Stockton Tri-Match with a round of 92 at Blue Heron Pines Country Club. Gardner carded a 45 on the front nine and a 47 on the back, finishing with four pars on the day.

MEN’S SOCCER (#MACsoc)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Martin Ramsay (Albright / Sr., F / Womelsdorf, Pa.) scored in both matches of a 2-0 week for Albright. He tallied in a 2-0 win over Immaculata, then netted his ninth career game-winner in a 2-1 victory at Notre Dame (Md.), surpassing the 50-point career milestone.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Chase Broughman (York / So., GK / Sparrows Point, Md.)  posted a 1-0-1 week with 10 total saves. He made six stops in a 1-1 draw with Franklin & Marshall College, then added four saves in a 2-1 win over Misericordia. He owns a 0.80 goals-against average and .840 save percentage this season. 

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Liam MacDonald (DeSales / Sr., F / Hamilton Township, N.J.) erupted for five goals in two games, including four in a 6-1 win over PSU-Berks — just the seventh four-goal game in program history. He added another tally in a 1-1 draw with TCNJ.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week
Nick Becker (Delaware Valley / So., GK / Myerstown, Pa.) backstopped DelVal to three straight wins against Valley Forge, Saint Elizabeth, and PSU-Brandywine. He made seven saves while allowing just three goals as the Aggies improved to 8-1 — the best start in program history.

WOMEN’S SOCCER (#MACsoc)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Emma Bennett (Eastern / Sr., M / Thorndale, Pa.) scored in both of Eastern’s wins last week, netting a second-half goal in a 4-0 victory over Immaculata before adding her team-leading fifth of the year in a 3-0 win against Goucher.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Isabella Serano (Stevenson / Fy., GK / Washington Township, N.J.) made 14 saves on the week for the Mustangs. The first-year put up 10 stops in the 1-1 tie against Randolph-Macon, and then made four more in the team's 4-2 win over Lebanon Valley.

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Jayme Beninda (Lebanon Valley / Fy., M / Monroe Township, N.J.) recorded four points on one goal and two assists in a 1-1-0 week for the Dutchmen. The midfielder started the week with the game-winning goal just 37 seconds into a 3-0 victory at Lancaster Bible. Beninda then assisted on both of LVC's goals in a tough 4-2 defeat at Stevenson.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week 
Abby Fuchs (Arcadia / Sr., GK / Brick, N.J.) notched two more shutouts, making 10 saves in a 0-0 draw with Franklin & Marshall and six in a 2-0 win at Widener. She has now posted five straight clean sheets and six total this season.

MEN’S TENNIS (#MACtennis)
MAC Freedom Men’s Tennis Player of the Week
Adam Warren (Lebanon Valley / Gr. / Mechanicsburg, Pa.) won both his singles and doubles matches in a 4-3 loss to Susquehanna, then added three more wins at the Dutchmen Invitational. His week included a three-set singles victory (7-6, 3-6, 6-2) and two doubles wins.

WOMEN’S TENNIS (#MACtennis)
MAC Commonwealth Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Nadia Margaritov (Albright / Jr. / Johannesburg, South Africa) went 2-0 in singles and 1-0 in doubles at the Ursinus Invitational, not dropping a set. She won both singles matches 8-0 and paired with Daniela Diez for an 8-2 doubles win.

MAC Freedom Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Megan Martin (Lebanon Valley / Jr. / Norristown, Pa.) swept both matches in a 7-0 team win over Susquehanna. She teamed with Katie Berra for a 6-1 doubles win, then earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 3 singles — her sixth career double bagel.

WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL (#MACvb)
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week
Hannah Pringle (Eastern / Sr., OH / East Greensville, Pa.) powered Eastern with 71 kills, 50 digs, five blocks, and a .396 hitting percentage over four matches. She tied her career high with 27 kills in a five-set win over Rowan and added a career-best 20 digs against Scranton.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
Claire Marzolino (Messiah / Fy., Libero / Byron Center, Michigan) tallied 41 digs, five assists, and five aces across three matches. She had 16 digs and five aces against Oberlin, and added 12 more digs in a win over Gettysburg.

MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week
Teaguen Reynolds (Lebanon Valley / Jr., MH / Mechanicsburg, Pa.) totaled 18 kills, six aces, and six blocks in a 2-0 week for the Flying Dutchmen. She had a career-high 14 kills with five aces and three blocks while hitting .500 in a 3-1 win over Rutgers-Camden.

MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week 
Samantha Wilton (Delaware Valley / Jr., DS / Clinton, N.J.) collected 69 digs over three matches, including a season-high 34 in a five-set win over Albright. She ranks second in the conference in digs per set (5.10).
