Doylestown, Pa. (Women's Wrestling) - The York College Spartans claimed the inaugural Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Women's Wrestling Championship on Saturday at Delaware Valley University. The Spartans recorded 103 points to beat Eastern by 4.0 points. 

The final team results were:

1. York - 103.0
2. Eastern - 99.0
3. Alvernia - 50.0
4. Arcadia - 47.0
5. Delaware Valley - 28.5
6. Misericordia - 13.5

The Spartans won three of the 10 individual titles, had four runner-up finishes, and one third-place finish.

Eastern won five individual titles, two runner-up finishes, and one third-place finish.

Alvernia and Delaware Valley each finished with one first-place finish. 

Below are the medalists from each weight class. The champions are named to the All-MAC First Team; second place is named to the All-MAC Second Team, and third-place is named All-MAC Third Team.
